It is located in an aluminum crankcase 17, attached by three bolts and one stud to the engine unit and structurally integrated with the gearbox. The clutch housing 10 is connected to the flywheel 13 by six bolts. In the flywheel there are three pins, which, when installed, enter the corresponding holes of the casing, centering it. By three pairs of resilient steel plates, the housing 10 is connected to the drive disk 12. This assembly is balanced on the stand, so it should be replaced entirely. Replacement is necessary for annular wear of the lobes of the pressure spring 18 to a depth of more than 0.8 mm, as well as when the force on the pedal decreases when the clutch is turned off (and, accordingly, the working stroke increases), which indicates a large wear on the surface of the driving disk or the "draft" of the spring. Driven disk 14 assembled with spring-friction torsional damper is installed on splines of primary shaft 15 of gearbox. It is replaced when the disk is beaten in the area of ​ ​ the straps more than 0.5 mm, their cracking, balls or uneven wear, and also if the distance from the surface of the strap to the rivets is less than 0.2 mm. Clutch drive - cable, without gap (there is no free pedal travel, clutch is constantly on). Clutch pedal 27 is mounted on axle in special bracket 25. Its upper end is connected to the cable tip 24, the casing of which on the side of the cabin is fixed on the clutch pedal bracket, and in the engine compartment - on the bracket 3 of the power unit. Corresponding lead of cable 8 is connected to clutch disconnection fork 9. Cable end is protected by rubber cover 4, two nuts 6 and 7 are arranged nearby to adjust drive. After adjustment of nuts, loop, tightening them together less than 0.2 mm.
