Description
Unlike other materials to which as a rule, inherent only one of the listed below properties, ceramsite gravel combines them all: • environmental friendliness • ease • the low tsenasushchnost of technological process of production of expanded clay consists in roasting of clay granules on the optimum mode. To swell the clay granule, it is necessary that the active gas release coincide with the time of transition of clay to the pyroplastic state. Meanwhile, under normal conditions, gas formation during burning of clay occurs mainly at lower temperatures than their pyraplastic softening. Temperature of roasting is 1050-1300 wasps.
