Introduction

Stacker cranes play an important role in the mechanization of loading and unloading operations of the warehouse. These lifting machines are designed for mechanized warehouses with multi-tier racks, the height of which reaches 25 meters or more. Stacker cranes combine the properties of bridge cranes and forklifts [1].

In general, the stacker crane consists of a bridge moving along tracks laid on crane beams or directly on racks, or along hinged tracks.

Stacker cranes allow you to rationalize the warehouse, save space, free up a significant number of auxiliary workers and open up wide opportunities for warehouse automation. Currently, stacker cranes are widely used in warehouses of various branches of the national economy [1].

Course design is based on the practice of previously performed graphic and calculation work on engineering graphics, the theory of mechanisms and machines, machine parts, designed to develop machine design skills in general.

At the same time, course design allows you to highlight a number of issues that will be studied in future special disciplines. The nature of the work in the course design process allows solving the problems of research work.

Purpose of this academic year project yavlyaetsyaproektirovaniye of the suspended crane piler with a loading capacity of 5 t .

Conclusion

This course design contains the following:

1) general calculations of the crane-stacker mechanisms with a lifting capacity of 5 tons, cargo lifting speed of 0.125 m/s, span of 16.5 m, cargo lifting height of 9.5 m.

2) procedure for selection and check of electric motors, reduction gears, couplings and brakes of load lifting and crane movement mechanisms;

3) procedure for calculation of steel structure of vertical column.
