The course design is a calculation of a single-stage cylindrical reduction gear. In this design, gearboxes for general engineering purposes are calculated, to which there are no special requirements regarding weight, overall dimensions and circular speeds. Calculations related to selection of electric motor, belt transmission elements, shafts and wheels of cylindrical gear, rolling bearings, keys are performed in the design. The graphic part of the design is a gearbox assembly drawing (A1 format) and working drawings of the wheel, gear shaft and slow-moving shaft (3 EP format). All drawings are executed according to ESKD standards.
