Introduction

In all sectors of the national economy, production processes are carried out by machines or machines with machine mechanization tools. Therefore, the level of the national economy is largely determined by the level of mechanical engineering.

Improving operational and quality indicators, reducing the time of development and implementation of new machines, improving their reliability and durability are the main tasks of machine builders.

One of the areas of solving these problems is improving the design training of students of higher technical educational institutions.

The implementation of the course project on "Machine Parts" completes the general technical cycle of student training. This is their first independent work, during which students actively use knowledge from a number of disciplines: mechanics, material resistance, metal technology, interchangeability, etc.

When performing a course project, the student sequentially goes from choosing a mechanism scheme through many variants of design solutions to its implementation in working drawings; getting involved in engineering creativity, learning from previous experience, learns to anticipate new ideas in the creation of machines that are reliable and durable, economical to manufacture and operate, convenient and safe to maintain.

In this heading design the bearing rings are loaded with:

- rings rotating relative to radial load, subjected to so-called circulation loading (internal rings of bearings);

- rings fixed relative to radial load are subjected to local loading (external rings of bearings;

Long-term practice has established that the connection of the inner rings must be with interference, preventing the rotation and rolling of the shaft by the ring.

The fits of the outer rings are designated as freer, allowing for a small gap, since the ring of the body does not roll in this case. Irregular rotation of the non-rotating ring is useful because the position of the loading zone changes. In addition, such coupling facilitates axial movements of the rings during installation, when adjusting clearances in bearings and during temperature deformations of shafts.

For the input shaft, fit the inner ring on the shaft along k6, fit the outer ring in the housing according to H7.

For the output shaft, fit the inner ring on the shaft along k6, fit the outer ring in the housing according to H7.
