Description

The purpose of the project is to calculate the tolerances and fits of the mentioned fillets, calculate the size chain, determine the executive dimensions of the key, splined and threaded calibers. The mechanism specified in this heading design is a single-stage gearbox for general purpose, transmitting the load N = 3.9 kW with a rotation speed of n = 990 rpm. The reduction gear includes six rolling bearings, two of which are thrust; two splined shafts; shaft-gear; key connection; three threaded joints. Rotation from the drive shaft is transmitted by means of a gear train in which the drive wheel is fitted to the shaft by means of a key joint. Introduction

The performance of mechanisms and machines (durability, reliability, accuracy, etc.) depends to a large extent on the correct selection of fits, tolerances of shape and location, surface roughness. In an assembled product, parts are connected to each other, and deviations in the dimensions, shape, and arrangement of axes or surfaces of one of the parts cause deviations in other parts. These deviations, summing up, affect the performance of machines and mechanisms.

To define feature control frame tolerances, you have chosen to calculate the maximum, minimum, as the most versatile and visible. It is based on the assumption of the most unfavorable combination of deviations in parts in the product .
