General Information

Climatic area - II B

Outside air temperature of the coldest five-day period 31 0С

Wind head - 0.30 kPa (II district by wind load)

Snow cover weight - 2.40 kPa (IV area by snow load)

Level of Responsibility - II

As part of this course project, it is planned to design the instrument building. The location and characteristics of soils are not set and decisions on structures are made at the student's discretion.

Territory requirements

The territory of the instrument building should be planned taking into account the drainage of atmospheric, meltwater and water from the flushing of sites and driveways into the storm sewer and meet the requirements of the chapters of the SNiP "General Plans of Industrial Enterprises."

Carriageways, footpaths, loading and unloading areas shall be paved.

Free areas of the territory must be landscaped with wood-shrub plantations and lawns. On the territory of the enterprise it is necessary to provide recreation areas for workers.

The territory of the instrument building should be kept clean, cleaning is carried out daily. In the warm season, watering of the territory and green spaces should be carried out at least 1 time a day. In winter, the territory's roadway and pedestrian paths are systematically cleared of snow and ice.

A circular bypass is provided around the building.

The territory should have a blind railway fence with a height of at least 2 m.

Design Solutions

The external walls of the building are designed using hinged reinforced concrete panels. Required reduced heat transfer resistance is accepted by the second level of thermal protection in accordance with SNiP P-3-79 * *

Structural diagram - frame building in series 1.420.1-25

Foundations - stand-alone for columns, monolithic pads and prefabricated reinforced concrete cups - according to the series 1.420.1-25

Columns - reinforced concrete in series 1.420.1-25

Slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs in series 1.420.1-25

The roof is a flat combined roll with an internal drain.

The external walls of the instrument building are designed self-supporting, from vertical wall panels with layer-by-layer heat insulation layers glued on them in factory conditions.

Partitions are made of brick or prefabricated reinforced concrete panels in a series 1.420.1-25

The upper part of the partitions in the level of floor capitals is made of clay brick, or is filled with a slab insulation on a wooden frame with a device on both sides of cement-sand plaster along a metal grid.

Floors of vestibules, corridors and platforms made of ceramic tiles, dimensions 40x40 cm.

Fire fighting measures

The designed building has II degree of fire resistance. Evacuation exits are directly exits to the outside along the evacuation routes provided by the project. No burnt materials are provided on escape routes.

All structures of the building are made of reinforced concrete (fire hazard class KO are not fire hazardous).

Fire resistance rating of building structures as per Table 5, item 5.19 corresponds to and not less than:

-based building elements - R90

- covering reinforced concrete slabs - RE 145

Soundproofing measures

Compliance with standard values of sound insulation indicators according to SNiP P1277 and SNiP 2.08.0189 is ensured in the project by the following measures:

- adjoining of partitions to walls and slab shall be performed in accordance with series 2.1301 of Fig.27

- terminate the places of possible pipelines passage through the ceilings with installation of sleeves in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.01-85

Environmental protection measures

The fertile soil layer must be removed and moved to dumps prior to the start of the main earthworks for subsequent use in the reclamation or improvement of the fertility of low-productivity land .

It is forbidden to use a fertile layer of soil for the construction of backfills and other permanent and temporary earthworks.
