Description
Calculate and Design Limestone Drying Drum Dryer
According to the following basic data:
1. The amount of material entering for drying is 5 t / h.
2. The initial moisture content of the material is 15.0%.
3. The final moisture content of the material is 0.5%.
4. The temperature of the material entering the dryer is 24 ºС.
5. The temperature of the drying agent at the inlet of the dryer –
200 º C.
6. The temperature of the drying agent at the outlet of the dryer –
100 º C.
7. The construction site of the installation is Moscow.
8. Coolant - air (supplied by countercurrent).
9. The process is depicted in diagram I-X.
