Description
In the considered article, the main material is a non-lined particle board (DStP) as per GOST 10632-89. Most of the shield elements of the product are made of it: doors, shelves, walls (except for the walls of the box body and the rear wall). As a facing material for the plates of all parts made of SDS, a rigged spruce veneer is used as per GOST 8486-86. Edges of parts from DStP are lined with edge material MKR-2 as per TU 13-771-84. For the manufacture of the bottom of the boxes and the rear wall of the product, a T-C wood fiber board (DVP) is used as per GOST 4598-86. Guide bars for crates, rods and walls of crate housing, as well as frames, are made of beech wood supplied in the form of uncut lumber according to GOST 2695-83. In addition to wood materials, the design of our product uses plastics (shelf holders, rod holders, magnetic latch bodies, tips) and metals (braces, hinges, screws, handles, screws, nails). The product diagram indicating the purpose of the compartments and some elements is shown in Fig. 1.1. In accordance with Figure 1.1, the product consists of the following compartments and elements: 1 - compartment for storing headgear; 2 - compartment for storage of outerwear; 3 - compartment for costume storage; 4 - three linen boxes; 5 - undercut legs.
