In this thesis, a new level of design automation is given by information modeling technology, which involves the creation of a single information model of a construction facility and its use, and development at various stages of design, as well as at construction and operation stages. This study is devoted to creating a methodology for integrating software tools using the building information model and developed scheduling algorithms for designing the organization of construction and accounting for workspaces for the work execution project.

The implementation of BIM technology in our country is huge. Using it greatly reduces the design time of the building, increases the efficiency of the finished building and much more.

Informational modeling of buildings and complex engineering objects, detailed visualization of facades and exteriors of buildings in 3D from ordinary photographs, centralized control of all works at each stage of the life cycle of the object, all these opportunities are opened with the introduction of BIM technology.
