The drive includes: Electric motor; V-belt transmission; Two-stage cylindrical reduction gear with bifurcated high-speed stage; Drive sprocket on low-speed shaft of reduction gear box. Input: Conveyor belt speed = 0.4 m/s. Diameter of traction drum D = 300 mm. Maximum circumferential force Ft = 6 kN = 6000 N. Belt width B = 500 mm. Service life - 5 years. Additional instructions: 1) Provide for installation of safety link in kinematic circuit. 2) Drive on welded frame. 3) Schedule operation mode. 4) Develop a belt tensioner .
