Conditioning
In the premises of the offices there are split air conditioning systems of the company "Gree."
The required cooling capacity of the air conditioning system is determined on the basis of calculated heat inputs, which include: heat inputs from people, technological equipment, artificial lighting, solar radiation and supply air.
Internal blocks in office premises are provided with wall type.
For individual control of internal air temperature, each internal unit is equipped with an infrared control bullet.
A Siccom miniFLOWATCH drain pump is installed for the internal unit of the K3 system.
The operating temperature range of the outside air for operation of the air conditioning splits shall be accepted according to the technical documentation.
External units of air conditioning systems are located on the roof of the building .
Installation Instructions
Install air conditioning systems in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185, SNiP 12012004.
Installation and commissioning of the equipment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the certificates and instructions of the manufacturers .
Cold supply pipelines are designed from seamless copper pipe as per GOST 6172006.
Drain pipelines are designed from polypropylene bell pipe HT ED.
All cold supply pipelines shall be covered with pipe insulation.
Freon pipelines in insulation passing along the roof are covered by an Ostec tray. The number and type of tray products shall be specified during installation of the systems.
When emptying the refrigerating circuit, do not release refrigerant to the atmosphere. It is required to use special equipment for its disposal.
During piping installation ensure continuity of the circuit in accordance with PUE cl. 1.7.82; 1.7.122.
The point of connection of the pipeline network to the earthing and potential equalization system is determined at the place by the electrical installation organization.
The diagram of the earthing and potential equalization system is developed in the section "Power electrical equipment."
The following sections of engineering networks having an impact on the safety of capital construction facilities according to the list approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation from the 09.12.2008, which cannot be monitored after other works, are subject to examination by acts for hidden works:
