Description
Automation of the process mixer is necessary to ensure safe and correct operation of the entire process, as well as to obtain products of given strength and high quality. The task of automation of the above part of the technological process is to facilitate the labor of workers and obtain optimal technical and economic indicators of production. When the specified technical modes are performed, this is achieved by appropriate process control based on data on parameters of components of inlet and outlet flows of the mixing plant. All major input parameters and process indicators must be measured so that the operator can correct deviations from the norm in a timely manner, as well as to draw material balances for certain elements and for the whole process.
