In this work, we consider the operation of the plenum-exhaust ventilation system.

Automation System Functions

  1. Control of supply air temperature depending on ambient air temperature in operating mode.
  2. Automatic change of modes during the day and accounting of days off according to internal timer-calendar.
  3. Automatic setting to "Winter-Summer" modes by ambient temperature.
  4. Heater control, fans on/off, air dampers open/close ("blinds").
  5. Alarm about accidents: fan accidents, air filter contamination, breaking and closing of temperature sensors and other failures.

Let's consider one of the functions, namely control of coolant temperature in the heater.

According to the readings of the temperature sensor T3, the control effect of the heater is controlled to maintain the temperature in the channel at a given level (setpoint). Accepted parameters of heat networks 15070 ° С. The ACS calculates the difference (mismatch) between the channel temperature and the setpoint and determines the required calorifer performance.
