Description

Atmospheric column K-201 is designed for distillation of stripped oil in order to isolate narrow target fractions: - gasoline fraction - fr. NK-120 ° C; - gasoline fraction - fr. 120-180 ° C; - kerosene fraction component - fr. 180-300 ° C; - diesel fraction component - fr. 300-340 ° C; - fuel oil - 340 ° C. Column K-201 is equipped with 50 valve-type trays. To obtain products of the specified composition and quality in the atmospheric column K-201 it is necessary to maintain the following mode: - top temperature, ° С - not more than 130; - top pressure, MPa (g.) - 0.07 sound0.255; - cube temperature, ° C - no more than 355. Stripped oil with a temperature up to 380 wasps from P-400 comes two streams to the evaporator of an atmospheric column K-201 where hydrocarbon gas, vapors of gasoline and fractions of oil products separate from a liquid product. The temperature in the evaporation zone (under 44 tray) is monitored by 4TIR-1312, the pressure by 4PIR-2311. Control of vapour pressure of light hydrocarbons, gasoline fraction, water vapour at the top of K-201 column is carried out according to the readings of 4PIRSA-2302 device, when pressure drops to 0.07 MPa, alarm is triggered, in case of unit depressurization (pressure drops to 0.05 MPa and simultaneous actuation of 2 gas annunciators located in the unit), ESD (IS-depressurization of unit 2, refer to para 3.5.4 of section 3) is provided. When the pressure rises above 0.255 MPa, a warning alarm is triggered by the signal from the 4PIRA-2301 device installed on the vapour pipeline from the top of the K-201 column. To protect the K-201 column from overpressure, a safety valve is provided, when the pressure rises above the set value (Rust.-0.45 MPa), gas is discharged through the safety valve to the flare system.
