1. common part

This design of the fire alarm system is developed in accordance with the regulatory and regulatory technical documents:

- GOST 2799088. Means of security, fire and fire alarm. General technical requirements.

- GOST 5077695. Alarm systems. Part 1, Section 4. Design, Installation and Maintenance Manual.

- Alarm systems. Part 2. Requirements for security alarm systems. Section 2. Requirements for detectors. General provisions.

-SNiP 110103 Instruction on composition, procedure for development, approval and approval of design and estimate documentation for the construction of buildings and structures.

-SNiP 210197 * Fire safety of buildings and structures.

-SanPiN 2.2.2.54296. Sanitary rules and regulations.

-SP5.13130.2009 Fire protection systems. Automatic fire and alarm and fire extinguishing units. Design Codes and Regulations.

-SP3.13130.2009 Fire protection systems. Warning and management system for evacuation of people in case of fire. Fire safety requirements.

-NPB 10503 Determination of categories of rooms, buildings and outdoor installations by explosion and fire hazard.

-NPB 10403 Warning and evacuation control systems in case of fires in buildings and structures.

- WP 78.36.00299 Technical means of facilities safety systems. Symbols and schematic graphic elements of systems.

- "Electrical Installation Rules" - PUE-98.

The working design of the fire alarm and fire extinguishing system was developed in accordance with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygiene, fire safety standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensuring the safe operation of the integrated system for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working documents.

2. object characteristic

APS protection is subject to the premises of Atelier, at the address Kemerovo region, Topki, mkr. Krasnaya Gorka, 8.

The premises are located in a residential building.

Public service is provided at the Facility.

- Relative humidity up to 70%

- Air temperature + 5/+ 30 С

- Combustible material: electrical equipment, wood, plastic.

Total space area: -88m2.

The main height of the premises is 2.7 m.

3. Basic technical solutions.

The following equipment is used to build the fire alarm system:

- PPKOP "VERSPK02," taking-off and monitoring of SBS status, transmission of alarm messages;

4. Composition of automatic fire alarm system.

4.1 Automatic fire alarm system.

Fire alarm shall be performed by smoke fire detectors and output to "VERSPK02" PPKOP without disconnection right. The fire alarm should work around the clock.

Fire alarm includes:

- VERS-PK02 instrument;

- smoke fire detectors IP 21245;

- manual fire detectors IPR51310;

In buildings and structures, all rooms should be protected by appropriate automatic installations, regardless of area, except for rooms (SP5.13130.2009 Appendix "A" of A.4);

- with wet processes (showers, bathrooms, cooling chambers, washing rooms, etc.)

- ventilation chambers (plenum, as well as exhaust, not servicing production rooms of category A and B), pump water supply, boiler and other rooms for engineering equipment of the building, in which there are no combustible materials;

- categories B4 and D by fire hazard;

- staircases:

4.1.1 Location of detectors.

Point smoke detectors shall be placed taking into account air flows in the protected room caused by plenum or exhaust ventilation, the distance from the detector to the ventilation hole shall be not less than 1m.: (SP5.13130.2009 p.13.3.6)

At least two fire detectors shall be installed in each room (SP5.13130.2009 p.13.3.2 p.14.2)

The distance between smoke detectors is not more than 9 meters, and not more than 4.5 m to the wall. (SP5.13130.2009 Tab.13.3)

Manual fire detectors IPR51310 are installed at a height of (1.5 ± 0.1) m from floor level to controls (SP5.13130.2009 p.13.13.1)

.

4.2 Cable lines and fire alarm loops.

To execute loops of the fire alarm KPKEVngFRLS cable 2х0.5. Lay fire alarm loops behind the suspended ceiling, with attachment to construction structures. To execute the SOEU cable lines KPKEVngFRLS cable 2х0.5. Lay separately from power cables with voltage exceeding 60V, at a distance of not less than 50cm.

4.3 Evacuation Warning and Control System

Evacuation Warning and Control System (ESMS) is a set of organizational measures and technical means designed to timely inform people about the occurrence of a fire and (or) need and escape routes.

The object belongs to type 2 EPSS according to (SP3.13130.2009 table 2. item 16)

The EMSS subsystem includes:

Annunciators light NBO12V01 "Exit";

- Light-and-sound annunciators "MAYAK12KP"

EMSS is started automatically at reception of "Fire" signal to "VERSPK02" PCCP.

Warning lines are monitored by VERS-PK02

5. power supply and grounding.

According to SP 6.13130.2009 (item 4.2), In relation to ensuring the reliability of power supply, SDR electric receivers should belong to electric receivers of category I of power supply reliability.

According to SP 6.13130.2009 (para. 4.3), If there is one power supply source (at objects of the III category of power reliability), it is allowed to use accumulator batteries or uninterruptible power supply units as a backup power supply source for electrical receivers of automatic fire extinguishing plants and fire alarm systems, which must provide power to the specified electric receivers in

standby mode during 24 h plus 3 h of fire automation system operation in alarm mode.

Protective grounding of the electrical installation should be performed in accordance with PUE and technical documentation for the equipment.

6. requirements for installation and operation of the plant.

During installation and operation of the plants follow the requirements laid down in GOST 12.1.019, GOST 12.3.046, GOST 12.2.005, RD 7814593, as well as in the technical documentation of the manufacturers of this equipment.

Operation and maintenance

The mode of operation of the designed system is round-the-clock.

Control over the operation of equipment and fire safety will be carried out around the clock by staff on duty.

1. In case of fire, first of all smoke detectors are activated;

2. the duty personnel inspects the room and takes measures to eliminate the fire (calls the fire department, organizes an alert, evacuates people, extinguishes the fire by hand fire extinguishing means);

3. if the rate of fire development is sufficiently high, and it is not possible to extinguish the fire by manual means, then in this case the duty officer, without waiting for the fire extinguishing unit to operate in automatic mode, starts the system by pressing the manual start button;

in case of absence of the duty officer, or his inactivity according to the specified scheme (stress situation, etc.), the installation of powder fire extinguishing is started automatically after operation of two smoke systems simultaneously
