INTRODUCTION

 

Welding is a technological process of obtaining a one-piece joint by establishing interatomic and intermolecular bonds between the welded parts of the product during their heating (local or general), and / or plastic deformation.

The quality of the design of the technological process for the manufacture of welded structures mainly determines their technical and economic indicators, such as reliability, efficiency in manufacture and operation. In the project, manufacturing technologies comprehensively develop the operations of procurement, assembly, welding and quality control of the finished product. A rationally developed technology project should ensure the manufacture of the product with minimal labor intensity of operations, minimal consumption of welding materials and electricity, with high quality welded joints, with the least residual deformations of the structure and with full compliance with safety measures.

The principal production technology provides: the sequence of technological operations, the breakdown of the structure into separate technological units or elements, the study of special devices and equipment, calculations of welding modes of the main welding operations, calculations of expected welding deformations, technical and economic assessment of technology.

The purpose of this final qualification work is to develop a technology for manufacturing the structure of the ship's cabins.

The wheelhouse is a separate part of the superstructure or structure on the deck that does not occupy the entire width of the ship's hull (there are passages on the deck along the sides). On small vessels, the wheelhouse is often called the room for controlling the vessel and the engine. 

The totality of knowledge about the methods and means of building and repairing ships is the basis for technological training of specialists for industrial shipbuilding enterprises. 

The specifics of shipbuilding at most enterprises are small production volumes with a significant variety of vessels, a close combination of shipbuilding and ship repair work on the same production areas.

A promising direction in improving the technology of construction and repair of ships at the present stage is the creation of flexible reconfigurable industries and flexible production systems based on mechanization and automation.

The main tasks for the introduction of flexible technology at shipbuilding enterprises are the improvement of all types of production in shipbuilding and ship repair on the basis of mechanization, the use of automation tools created in related industries (numerically controlled machines, industrial robots, etc.), the introduction of mathematical methods of preparation for production based on computer technology, the organization of specialized industries with a wide development of cooperation.

The development of technology for manufacturing the structure of the ship's cabins can be quite a difficult task that requires a large number of different technical solutions.
