Description
Technical characteristics of the gearbox:
1. Input shaft speed n inx = 1432 1/min
2. Gear ratio of gearbox U ed = 34.1
3. Output shaft speed n out = 42 1/min
4. Output shaft torque T out = 1140 N * m
5. Efficiency factor = 0.91
Technical requirements:
1. Degree of gear accuracy as per GOST 1643-81
2. Cover the connector plane with thin layer of UT-34 sealing compound, GOST 24285-80 during final assembly.
3. Pour 3.4 l of I-G-A-32 oil into the reduction gear box (GOST 20799-88)
4. Radial cantilever load on the shaft is not more than:
input - Fc = 830 N
output - Fq = 8500 N
