Description

The scope of this project includes power electrical equipment and electrical lighting of the bomb shelter. Power consumers of the designed building according to the reliability of power supply belong to category II. The design load of the building is Pp = 65kW. Power supply is provided via two mutually redundant 0.4kV cable lines to the input-distribution device of VR1-11-10UKhL4 type installed in the electrical panel. Mains voltage is received 380/220V with neutral dead ground. The grounding system is accepted by TN-C-S.

Power supply system

1. General part

The scope of this project includes power electrical equipment and electrical lighting of the bomb shelter.

Power consumers of the designed building according to the reliability of power supply belong to category II.

The design load of the building is Pp = 65kW .

Power supply is carried out on two mutually reserved cable lines of 0.4 kV to the vvodnoraspredelitelny VRU11110UHL4 device established in switchboard. Mains voltage is received 380/220V with neutral dead ground. The grounding system is accepted by TNCS.

Electric equipment

The main consumers of electricity are process equipment, and electric lighting. Power metering is performed by electrical meters at the entrance to the building. Counter class must be 0.5.

For reception and power distribution the installation of the vvodnoraspredelitelny VRU11110UHL4 device and the VRUK245UHL4 distribution panel is provided. The main power electric receivers are the electric motors of the ventilation system and the electric motors of the drives of the sealed valves, as well as one pump of the faecal tank. Voltage of all electric motors is 380 V. Electric drives connect to VRU11110UHL4 via the automatic switch and the contactor.

Manual reserve input is provided in BRU, which is made on BP 3231 B71250 jumper with rated current 100A.

To connect electrical appliances, plug sockets with a third boring contact are provided.

Power supply and distribution networks are made with cable of VBGngLS grade, laid open by existing structures on mounting brackets and in wall partitions in steel pipes.

According to SNIII77 *, a diesel power plant is installed in the bomb shelter room as a source of backup power supply. Switching to the standby source is performed manually using the chopper.

Electric lighting

The design provides for the following types of lighting: working, emergency and repair. Voltage of general and emergency lighting lamps 220V. Repair lighting is carried out by portable lamp RVO42 with voltage of 36V. Power supply of repair lighting is made through YATP0.25 step-down transformer with 220/36V voltage.

The lighting of the premises is accepted according to SNiP 230595. Lighting of the premises is provided by lamps with halogen lamps and partially with energy-saving lamps. Emergency lighting shall be provided by installation of ES1 emergency power supply units in working lighting fixtures. The type of lighting fixtures is selected according to the nature of the environment and the purpose of the premises. On escape routes, install "Exit" light indicators with the possibility of autonomous operation from built-in batteries for at least two hours. The type of lighting fixtures is selected according to the nature of the environment and the purpose of the premises. Emergency lamps shall be supplied also from the starter battery of the diesel generator.

Control of general and emergency lighting luminaires is provided with switches for open wiring. Switches are installed on a wall from the door handle at the height up to 1.2 m from a floor, m plug sockets-1. Lighting guards are accepted ShchRN12 series. Group networks of an electric lighting it is carried out by VVGngLS3h1.5 brand cable.

Fire fighting measures

Fire safety of the facility is ensured by measures in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.00491 "System of labor safety standards. Fire safety. General requirements. "

Fire fighting equipment and equipment shall be installed in accordance with local instructions agreed by the State Fire Supervision Authorities.

The project provides for the following measures for fire prevention:

1. Control and protection devices, types of wiring and methods of laying wires and cables are adopted depending on the environmental characteristics.

2. Excluded transit wiring of electrical networks through diesel generator and fire hazard zones.

3. Control and protection devices, if possible, are located outside the fire hazardous areas, or accepted with the degree of protection IP54 for fire hazardous areas.

Energy Conservation Activities

As measures for energy saving, the project adopted:

- power metering meters of class 0.5;

- automatic lighting control unit;
