Additional information

Explanatory note to the project of water supply and sewerage systems.

The design of water supply systems and water disposal of the administrative building for the placement of state services, located at the address:................., was developed on the basis of the "Terms of Reference" and taking into account the following data:

1. Architectural and construction solutions;

2. Existing regulatory documents:

SNiP 2.04.0185 * "Internal water supply and sewerage of buildings";

SNiP 2.08.0289 * "Public buildings and structures";

SNiP 2.04.0284 "Water supply. External networks and structures ";

SNiP 2.04.0385 "Sewerage. External networks and structures ";

Construction Norms and Regulations 110195 "The instruction about an order of development, coordination, a statement and structure of the project documentation on construction of the enterprises, buildings and constructions";

San PiN 1463088 "Sanitary rules and standards for the protection of surface waters from pollution";

NPB 11003 "List of buildings, structures, premises and equipment subject to protection by automatic fire extinguishing units and automatic fire alarm."

In accordance with the specifications.

1. Water supply.

The norms of water consumption and water disposal are determined in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Administration of the Ministry of Defense of 01.07.1996. NO. 298PG. Water flow rates are shown in the table on sheet 1 "General data."

The project provides for laying of water supply pipelines:

B1 - cold drinking;

T3 - the giving pipeline of hot water supply;

T4 - the pipeline of circulation of hot water supply;

B2 - fire-fighting water supply.

2. Sewerage.

To drain effluents from sanitary and technical equipment of sanitary facilities, the project provides for a sewage network with gravity outlets to the on-site domestic sewage network in accordance with the specifications for connection issued by the Customer.

In showers, toilets (in the area of ​ ​ installation of toilets, as well as washbasins), in MOS rooms, etc., ladders are provided.

To divert effluents from the technological equipment of the catering enterprise, a system of industrial sewage is provided with release into the yard. network.

Household sewage is released by gravity with connection to the existing external network with the possibility of connection to the ISS serving buildings located in the immediate vicinity of the designed administrative building.

Production sewage system.

According to paragraph 3.7 of SanPiN 2.3.6.95900 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering organizations, the manufacture and turnover of food raw materials and food products in them," the project provides for a separate release of industrial sewage.

The project provides for the installation of the Kessel D + S 7 fat trap at the outlet of the production sewer network. The type of fat trap is determined according to the calculation.

The fat trap should be unloaded to the main sewage system.

The following channelization scheme is adopted:

- drains via the risers enter the underground part of the building, and then through the gravity pipeline are sent to the pipeline of the existing sewage system.

The internal sewer network is installed from non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes as per TU 61930786.

Sewage risers are located mainly in the bathrooms of buildings.

The main pipelines of the building are designed to be laid under the basement ceiling with a slope of 0.02 towards the outlet (as per SniP 2.04.0185 * p.17.9). The recumbents of sewage pipes located in the bathrooms are designed to be laid on the floor in the boxes.

The sewage risers are provided with revisions for cleaning. At horizontal sections of the network before the sewage outlets, cleaning of Ø110 is provided.

Pipe slopes with a diameter of 50 mm should be accepted within 0.0250.035, with a diameter of 110 mm - 0.02.

The elevations and location of sewage outlets shall be specified in place during installation.

Exhaust part of sewage ventilation risers shall be brought 0.5 m above the roof.

Drainage sewer, drainage of funkoil.

Drainage sewage system is provided for drainage of effluents during emptying of water supply, heating systems, as well as effluents during operation (testing) of fire-fighting systems.

For collection and removal of drainage effluents by means of ladders installed in the basement, a pit is provided in the room of the pump station for drinking water supply and fire fighting, followed by pumping by Grundfos submersible pumps into the rain sewer network.

Calculation and arrangement of rain and drainage sewage systems is considered at the RP stage of this section of the design.
