1.1.General plan.

1.1.Forms and dimensions of plot plan section.

The plot plan section has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 100 by 100 m. On the site of the general plan, in addition to the designed building, there is a residential building, a store, a garbage collection area, a playground and a laundry drying area. Buildings on the site are located taking into account the observance of minimum sanitary gaps.

1.3. Parcel relief, magnitude, and slope direction.

The designed building is located on the site of the plot plan with a calm flat relief at an elevation of 104.5m. The slope of the relief is i = 0.01 and is directed from southeast to northwest .

1.4. Improvement of the territory and development of the site.

On the site of the general plan, the following improvement elements are provided: a garbage collection area, a playground, a laundry drying area.

1.6. Decoration of the building.

6.1. Interior decoration.

In rooms and front walls are plastered and glued with wallpaper.

In kitchens, latrines and bathrooms, the walls are painted with oil paint, lined with glazed ceramic tiles.

6.2. Exterior decoration.

Silicate brick lining as per GOST 728478.

1.7. Engineering equipment.

7.1. Sanitary equipment.

Water supply-from external water supply networks. Head at inlet 18m.

Domestic sewerage system in the external network.

Heating is central, water, from external heating networks.

Ventilation is natural, influential with a mechanical motive.

7.2. Electrical devices.

Power supply from external circuit, voltage 380/220V.

Lighting-fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps.

7.3. Low-current devices (radio, telephone...).

Communication devices, telephone, television, television, fire alarm.

In the designed building, waste water is drained to the central sewage network. Contaminated air does not form in the building.

8.2. Methods of waste removal and cleaning of the territory.

From the designed building, garbage is taken to the garbage collector located on the economic site. From the garbage collector, garbage is taken by garbage trucks to the city landfill .

2.2. Structural diagram of the building.

Designed building of arceless type with longitudinal and transverse bearing walls, with support of floor slabs on two sides.

2.3. Existence of the basement, technical underground, technical floor.

In the designed building there is a basement in axes "14" and "AB" at elevation 2700mm.

2.4. Evacuation of people from the building.

To organize safe evacuation from the room in the building, it is provided: opening doors in the direction of movement of the human flow from the building; 2 staircases; 2 fire ladders.
