1. General Project Characteristics

The project of a large-panel public building is placed on two sheets in the format A1. These sheets contain: the main facade, the combined layout of panels and the plan of finishing work of the first floor, the layout of panels on the secondary facade, the plot plan of the section, the cross section along the stairwell, the combined layout of panels and the plan of finishing work of the third floor, the combined layout of foundation elements and basement floor panels, the layout of slabs and coverings, three structural units. The sheets do not contain tables, they are placed in the explanatory note.

The project of a large-panel public building was made in order to study one of the sections of architecture: "Large-panel public buildings."

The project is training and cannot be implemented.

Plot Planning Scheme

For the designed kindergarten for 140 places with dimensions in the axes 37800x20400, a land plot measuring 70.00x70.00 m, with an area of ​ ​ 4900 m2, was separated. The slope of the earth's surface is 1.5%. The kindergarten is located on the site adjacent to the red line and faces the main facade on the central street. A sidewalk walkway runs along the perimeter fence. There are areas for physical education, a playground and an economic platform, a site for growing vegetables and berries.

Constructive solution

During the design of the building, a frameless (wall) structural system is selected. Structural scheme with longitudinal bearing walls is used.
