Description

WATER SUPPLY

The source of water supply is the projected on-site networks, which in turn are connected to urban networks.

The project provides for four inputs  with the installation of water meters when entering buildings. Two inputs for household needs and two for firefighting.      

  According to the SNiP "Internal Water Supply and Sewerage", the water pressure in the drinking water supply system should, in the conditions of the existing development, the maximum water pressure should be up to 0.6 MPa.  The building provides the following cold water supply systems: - the B1.1 system provides water to the floors of the residential zone from the 1st to the 8th floor, - the B1.2 system provides water to the floors of the residential area from the 9th to the 14th floor Separate systems of household drinking and fire water supply are provided. The fire water supply is divided into two zones: - B2 system of fire extinguishing of the ground part of the building, - B13 system of fire extinguishing of the parking lot.

The water supply network is installed dead-end of metal-plastic pipes within the apartments and steel electrically welded pipes (risers and highways in the underground parking) for household drinking water supply and steel electrically welded pipes for fire-fighting water supply.

On the inlets in front of the measuring devices, it is necessary to provide flexible connections that allow angular and longitudinal movements of the ends of the pipelines.  

 

FIRE FIGHTING

Internal fire extinguishing for  block "A and B"   is required according to clause 6, table 1*,  

SNiP 2.04.01-85 *, and is 2 jets of 2.5 l / s. In the parking lot, fire extinguishing  is 2 jets of 5 l / s according to SNiP 21-02-99 paragraph 5.38. There are also fire buttons that open the valve with an electric drive.  

     In the car parks of buildings, in the passages between the stairwells and the car park, in order to improve the protection of evacuation routes from fire, as well as to increase the possibility of localizing fires, by creating water curtains and distributing water over the protected area, it is planned to install deluge sprinklers under the ceiling.  

According to SNiP 2.08.01-89* "Residential buildings" p.3.1a. On the network of household and drinking water supply, a separate tap should be provided for connecting the hose (hose) in order to be able to use it as a primary device for intra-apartment fire extinguishing at an early stage. The hose must provide the ability to supply water to any point of the apartment, taking into account the length of the jet of 3 m, be at least 15 m long, have a diameter of 19 mm and are equipped with a sprayer.  

To eliminate small fires in the residential area of the building, a household fire crane "PK-B" is provided, described below      

Application domain:

Household fire crane "PK-B" is designed to eliminate fires at an early stage of fire in residential apartments, country houses, cottages and auxiliary buildings. It operates from the household and drinking water supply.  

Properties:

Household fire crane "PK-B" is used as a primary device for intra-apartment fire extinguishing at an early stage of ignition.  

Elementary connection to the household and drinking water supply.  

In assembled form, it is stored attached to the water supply network on a coil.  

Possibility of water supply to any point of the apartment.  

 

Features:

The household fire crane "PK-B" is equipped with a shut-off and starting device, which provides the ability to turn off and re-supply water to the fire.  

The presence of a flexible hose and a coil of a special design makes the household crane "PK-B" easy and easy to operate, allowing you to use the crane with minimal physical effort.  

Allows you to use without prior training.  

Principle of operation:

Open the hose ball valve. Lay the hose to the place of ignition by pulling out the barrel - sprayer in the direction of combustion.  Press the handle.

 

SEWERAGE

The internal sewerage network is made of plastic sewer pipes by  

GOST 22689.2-89 within the apartments and entrances, and in the underground parking and cast iron pipes according to GOST 6942.3-98.

The pipes are connected on each floor by means of sockets with rubber O-rings that perceive temperature extensions of 2 cm.

Installation of risers is carried out according to the scheme "from the bottom up".

Rubber O-rings are used for joints of socket pipes connected on couplings.

During the operation of the building, it is necessary to periodically inspect the place of entry of the water supply and sewerage outlets and restore tightness.

Against revisions on the risers with a hidden gasket, hatches of at least 30×40 cm should be provided.

To remove spills and leaks in the room of the booster pumping station and on the diversion line from the tray system, a pit is provided with a portable drainage pump that is triggered from the liquid level in the pit and pumps it to the surface to the nearest irrigation network.

The project provides for a hydraulic valve with the drainage of meltwater in the winter period of the year to the household sewerage should be installed on the drainage riser inside the building. (see attached drawing)
