General plan
The section of the master plan for the construction of a 5,1215-storey multi-apartment residential building in Vorkuta was developed on the basis of the design task and in full compliance with the current codes and rules of construction design.
The general plan of the project provides for the construction of a 5,1215-storey apartment building in a residential microdistrict of Vorkuta.
The relief of the construction site is calm, seismicity is absent.
The architectural and planning solution of the master plan of the residential building was predetermined by the location of the site, its configuration, existing transport highways and residential development. The designed building determined the further development and composition of the master plan of the residential microdistrict. Its location is taken into account the needs of the population of this microdistrict, relief conditions and conditions for the provision of vehicles.
For the construction of a residential building, a land plot is allocated near the sleeping area of the city.
In the area of the building is designed: a school, a playground, a recreation area, a recreation area for the adult population, a platform for household needs and residential buildings. The building belongs to freestanding and an independent plot is reserved for some. Parking lots are designed on the site. Landscaping is provided on an adjacent land plot free of asphalting. Massive planting of trees and shrubs protects courtyard territories from winds. For landscaping, deciduous trees are used, as well as sowing lawn grass.
The territory is landscaped and equipped with small architectural forms (urns, benches, outdoor lighting masts)
Drainage from the building of domestic sewage is carried out into the existing sewage system.
The main principle in the development of the planning structure is the creation of the most comfortable conditions for residents of the house in the implementation of the entire complex of everyday, life processes.
The road network is designed taking into account external transportation, fire maintenance of the building in the minimum required amount. There are driveways for servicing the building. Access to the building is provided for fire trucks from all sides. The transverse profile is adopted by the urban type. The pavement of roads and footpaths is asphalt concrete. The plan and profile are linked to the horizontal and vertical layout.
Gaps are observed between the existing and the building under construction, which are determined by sanitary and fire safety standards.

2 space-planning solution
In plan, the designed building consists of three blocks - sections of 51215 floors. The third floor block section 15 is deployed 90 degrees relative to the floor block 512.
The building of a residential building with the placement in the plan of section 512 floors are 47.83x15.3m.; section of 15 floors 27.16x15.3 m. with a floor height of 3 meters.
The planning decision of the residential part provides for the placement on the floors of the following apartments, with a total area of:

Structural solution of the building
3.1 Foundations
The foundations for the walls are designed piles with a ribbon pedestal. Basement walls made of precast reinforced concrete GOST 1357978 with dressing of blocks in each row and at the intersection of walls.
To protect the foundations from moisture penetration, waterproofing is carried out with bitumen of vertical surfaces contacting the soil. Horizontal glued waterproofing is made of 2 layers of ruberoid on bitumen mastic along the top of the foundations.
3.2 Walls
External walls are made of ceramic bricks of KPU150/25 grade GOST 53095 on M50 cement mortar 660 mm thick with insulation from ROCWOOL and facing with face brick according to the color solution of the facade.
The inner walls are made of ceramic bricks with a thickness of 380mm, partitions with a thickness of 120mm.
External walls are reinforced through 5 rows of masonry with masonry mesh made of wire Vp1 Ø5mm. The insulation is attached by means of anchors.
3.3 Overlaps
Floors and coating are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 220mm according to the 1.1411 series. Depth of plate support on walls is 140 mm. Slab slabs are laid on M100 cement mortar with seam sealing thickness between slabs. Plate ends are filled with solution. Anchor connections of plates with external and internal walls are installed in a chain through the whole building in each third plate of the row.
3.4 Roof
The roof of the building is flat.
The upper layer "KTelast K" is covered with coarse-grained sprinkling.
The lower layer is KTelast P.
Cement-sand bracing from M50 mortar 15 mm thick.
Insulation ROCKWOOL 250mm
Vapor insulation - RPP ruberoid - 300 mm.

3.5 Windows, doors, floors
All main rooms of the building have natural lighting. Design of filling of light openings is made of wood and silicate glass with thickness of 5 mm and includes stationary contour binding - box, glazed elements movably fixed on it - bindings and windowboard. Glazing is designed in accordance with heat and technical calculation and SNiP and is performed in accordance with GOST 1628986. Outside, the bottom face of the window opening is covered with an apron made of galvanized steel.
The entrance and tambour doors are aluminum blocks, double-domed.
Internal door blocks are wooden according to GOST 662988 single and double-floor non-glazed with oil paint.
Jumpers above windows and doorways are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete according to a series of 1.038.1-1.
The structural solution of the floor corresponds to the purpose of the room and depends on the requirements for it. The coating is made of ceramic granite, linoleum, wood. The mating of the floor with the wall is closed by the plinth. Additional waterproofing is performed in bathrooms and showers.
