Characteristics of the building
The designed building of the center is supposed to be located at the address: St. Petersburg, intersection of Pyativok Avenue, Russian Avenue, Kollontai St., pr. Bolsheviks at the Prospect Bolshevikov metro station. Functionally, the building is divided into 2 blocks: a public administrative part and parking for cars. The total area of the first floor is 5495.9 mq., The second - 26488.34 m. Sq., the third - 26210.59 m. Sq., The fourth - 23210.97 m. Sq., the fifth - 21807.41 m. Sq., the sixth - 7926.63 mq. The total area of 728 floors is 3512.8 for each floor, respectively. Area 1, -2, -3 floors 8855.89 m.q. accordingly. Parking for 230 parking spaces for cars is located from 1-3 underground floors, 702 parking spaces on the 4th floor and 632 spaces on the 5th floor of the building.
28 storey public-administrative part with parking for cars: height of public-administrative part according to SP 1.13130.2009. It is 109, 2 m. The height of the above-ground parking is 31, 86 m. The underground parking area for 230 a/m is 7585.38 m. The parking area located on the 4th floor is 19756.1 m square and the parking area on the 5th floor is 18256, 49 m square. According to functional fire hazard, car parking belongs to class F 5.2. (Federal Law No. 123 article 32).

- compliance of fire breaks between buildings and structures with fire safety requirements;
