Introduction

In general, landscaping means a complex of landscape work on the formation of the topography of the site, the construction of a lawn, the planting of plants (flowers, shrubs, trees and lians) and the creation of decorative compositions (alpine slides, rocars, hedges, reservoirs, etc.). This includes organizational work, the delivery of necessary materials and directly work on the site .

Work on landscaping of the sites is carried out according to the relevant projects (sketches or dendroplan). The design provides an opportunity not only to visualize the results of the upcoming work, but also to plan the work in such a way as to avoid unnecessary actions and, accordingly, unreasonable monetary overpayments in the process of work.

Landscaping of the site is more competent to start when the construction work and the main landscaping work are fully completed. That is, by the time the landscaping work begins, drainage should be carried out on the site, lighting cable and irrigation hoses should be laid, and all paving, recreation areas, etc. should also be done.

The sequence of landscaping work is not always the same and depends both on the types of upcoming work and on the situation on the site itself. Below is the most rational sequence of work on landscaping the site, to which everyone has the right to make their own situational adjustments .

1. Plot layout with existing soil, setting the required terrain and slopes for surface water runoff.

2. Filling with butter and/or sand in order to create a drainage layer for the lawn and small landings .

3. Filling with fertile soil, lawn level removal, ramming and soil layout.

4. Planting plants, creating flower beds and other decorative compositions.

5. Finishing layout, lawn sowing, supervision and care of the works.

Preparation of territories

All work on new construction, reconstruction and overhaul related to excavations can be carried out only after obtaining permission from the Association of Administrative and Technical Inspections of the city government.

Work on the preparation of the territory should begin with the clearance of buildings, stumps, remnants of building materials, garbage, etc., marking of collection sites, landfilling and removal of plant soil, as well as plant transplantation sites that will be used for landscaping of the territory. Filling of recesses and pits formed during disassembly of underground structures, walls and foundations shall be performed with sandy and loamy soils. In order to avoid subsidence of soils, filling with organic debris or waste of any chemical production is not allowed. Fine organic debris (sawdust, chips, leaves) can be mixed with bulk soil.

When organizing the construction site, measures should be taken to save and minimize damage to all plants noted in the project as preserved: fencing, partial cutting of low and wide crowns, protective binding of trunks, binding of the crown of shrubs.

If there is good grass on the territory, cut the dernin, store and take measures to preserve it (watering, attraction) for subsequent use in the construction of the lawn.

If it is necessary to increase the level of soil coating for the preservation of existing trees, a dry well and drainage system should be arranged around the trunk; when lowering the level for plant preservation, you should arrange a system of terraces and retaining walls or fill a layer of earth with a tree that protects the roots from damage (with a small difference in heights), without filling the root neck of the tree ..

When filling or cutting soil in areas of preserved green spaces, the size of holes and cups for trees must be at least 0.5 of the crown diameter and not more than 30 cm in height from the existing ground surface near the tree trunk .

Clearance of the territory from dryness and trees of a dysfunctional condition can be carried out with cutting of trees on the spot and subsequent removal of trunks or with cutting of fallen trees on the side. Removal of stumps should be carried out by roosters or a puncture mill.

Trees and shrubs suitable for transplantation should be dug up in accordance with the rules and used when landscaping this or other objects.

The vertical layout of the territory, the laying of underground communications, the construction of roads, driveways and sidewalks should be completed before the start of landings.

Conclusion

Landscaped areas are an integral part of any city. Along with architecture, landscaping objects participate in the formation of the city's appearance, have sanitary, recreational, landscape-architectural, cultural and scientific significance.

However, increased gas content, dust content and smoke content of air, features of temperature and water conditions of air and soil, adverse chemical and physical and mechanical properties of the soil, the presence of stone, concrete and metal surfaces, asphalt pavement of streets and squares, the presence of underground communications and structures in the zone of the root system, additional illumination of plants at night, an intensive regime of use of urban plantations by the population determine the specificity of the ecological environment of the city and its sharp difference from the natural situation in which biological and ecological features of plants were formed .

At present, an acute problem is the creation of a legislative and regulatory and technical framework that coordinates the useful effectiveness of green spaces with the social and economic interests of the legal owners of landscaped territories and administrative bodies of the city, as well as ensuring a systematic organization of labor and the appropriate quality of work and the state of green spaces.
