Arkhangelsk is a city with many years of history and needs to update dilapidated and emergency housing in its central part, there was also a need not only for residential, but also in office premises, therefore this project meets the needs of the construction site, and also has two functional features, since it has not only a residential part, but also public premises.

On the west side of the designed house there is a playground and parking lot, on the southeast - a two-story wooden residential building. The public facade of the residential building is located on the northeastern side, residential - southwestern. To ensure the connection of the designed house with Novgorodsky Avenue, a pavement with asphalt pavement is provided .

Relief of the construction site.

2. Underground waters confined to dusty sands of marine interglacial sediments are opened at a depth of 11.012.6 m, at an absolute elevation of minus 3.46 - minus 5.09 m. Solid loams serve as a water stop. The water is pressurized. The value from the observed head reaches 7.3 m.
According to the results of chemical analyses, groundwater is clear, yellowish, odorless, slightly salty, soft, slightly alkaline, hydrocarbonate sodium.
