Additional information

1. Introduction

1.1. This project solves the issues of internal electrical equipment of a kindergarten with 140 seats, at the address: Vsevolozhsk, Yuzhny microdistrict.

1.2. These working drawings of the electrical part of the 140-seat kindergarten internal electrical equipment design, hereinafter referred to as "Object," are based on the initial data (see Item 1.3.).

1.3. The initial design data are:

- Technical assignment of the customer for design;

- Architectural and construction drawings.

1.4. The project has been completed in accordance with:

- Electrical Installation Rules (PUE, 7th edition);

- SP311102003 "Design and installation of electrical installations of residential and public buildings";

- SNiP 2ZO595 "Natural and artificial lighting";

- Collection of state standard specifications P50571.1....................... P50571.15 "Elektroustanovki of buildings. Main provisions. Safety Requirements ";

- TSN 313242002 "Territorial building standards. Preschool educational institutions. "

2. Key Solutions

2.1. Based on the initial data, external power supply of this Facility is carried out from two-transformer TP15 with oil transformers of 630 kV • A each via two cable lines (ASB 4x150 mm2) developed in the external power supply project (not included in the scope of this project).

2.2. According to the specification and requirements Construction Norms and Regulations 210299 and SP311102003 extent of ensuring reliability of power supply of the Object is accepted on the II category, with allocation of loading on the I category (emergency lighting, the lift equipment, the pump station of the heatcenter, heat expense metering devices in the heatcenter, a control panel fire zazhvizhka (the reserve automatic BA4729/3P/C10A switch on assembly of AVR is provided).

2.3. For Object electric equipment in the project the lamps, devices, devices and materials produced in lots by the industry of the Russian Federation are accepted. All installed electrical equipment and materials shall be certified accordingly.

2.4. The Facility inlet and distributor is to be assembled from the GShVUi3051 panel and located in a separate room of the first floor (in the electrical panel). The designed input distribution device has two independent bus sections with non-automatic (manual) interreservation of inputs and an ALT unit for connecting consumers of the 1st category of reliability of power supply (to provide the 1st special category, it is possible to connect UPS uninterruptible power supply, refer to l.4). VRU shall be manufactured at the manufacturing plant in accordance with the developed one-line schematic diagrams.

2.5. On each floor, in the niches of building structures envisaged by the construction part of the project, install domestic electrical panels, which provide for the installation of cable network protection devices. These boards supply the lighting system, socket network and process equipment. Boards include circuit breakers for protection of group power supply lines of electrical equipment, RCD on power supply line of plug sockets. Electrical equipment of the premises is performed in accordance with the requirements of SPZ11102003.

2.6. The project provides for the following types of lighting of the Object:

- working lighting of all rooms;

- emergency lighting of premises (lighting of safety and evacuation lighting, refer to l.13, 14).

- external lighting;

Operating lighting is controlled by maintenance personnel by means of switches, emergency lighting is controlled from the group board.

2.7. The installation of sockets and switches in the premises of the main stay of children should be provided at a height of 1.8 m from the floor. Socket sockets shall be provided with a protective device covering the socket when the plug is removed.

2.8. Locations of boards installation and their connection from 0.4 kV network are specified in the working drawings of the main set of "EO" brand.

The designed distribution network is made by the IWGng cable of the required section, laid open through cable structures in the basements, and also hidden in steel pipes (risers) in the channels of building structures during the transition from floor to floor of the building. Mains from group boards are provided to be made with IWGng cable laid hidden using channels of building structures of walls in corrugated pipes at a height of not less than 2.0 m from the level of h.p.

The entire network is Z-x and 5 wire - with an additional protective bushing conductor with a section equal to phase .

2.9. TNCS system (PUE chapter 1.7, item 1.7.3) is adopted for power supply of the designed electrical unit, in which the distribution network from the BRU to the boards is made with separate zero working N and zero protective PE conductors.

4. Electricity metering

For commercial accounting of the consumed electric power for needs of an object on each input in I LIE three-phase counters of the electric power of Ts32727 type are installed (3x5A, C. t. 1.0) connected through test terminal boxes (ICC) to current transformers T0,66U3 (200/5A, cl. 0,5s). Electric power meters, CSC and current transformers are supplied complete as part of the VRU board (certified GVU board I305I).

Organization of operation

7.1. The organization of operation of the electrical equipment of the Facility shall be entrusted to the person responsible for the electrical industry (IV qualification group) and its deputy. Maintenance shall be carried out by persons of electrical personnel (2 persons not lower than III qualification group).

7.2. Prior to operation, fire protection and electric shock protection kits shall be placed in the electrician's room in accordance with the "Rules for Use and Testing of Protective Equipment" (PPiISZ).

7.3. Protective equipment shall be checked and stamped with the dates of the next inspection (para. 1.1.3. Software and artificial satellite).

7.4. Maintenance personnel shall have the following operational and technical documentation (according to CTEEP, c.1.8):

- Approved working draft with explanatory note;

- As-built working diagram of power supply;

- Equipment passports with test reports;

- Fire Safety Instruction;

- Instructions for elimination of accidents and abnormal modes;

- Job description of the electrician;

- Occupational Safety Instruction:

a) for the electrician,

b) for non-electrical personnel.

- Manual for maintenance of electrical installations; technical operation rules (PTEEP); Occupational Safety Regulations (POTRM); electrical installation rules (PUE);

- Production briefing log;

- TB knowledge check log for personnel with safety group 1;

- Operational log;

- Fault log;

- List of works performed in the order of current operation;

- PPM schedules;

- List of persons entitled to single inspection of electrical installations;

- List of persons entitled to issue orders and permits;

- List of works performed by order;

- List of positions that need to have an Electrical Safety Qualification Group.

7.5 Maintenance personnel shall undergo the following types of instruction:

- An introductory or initial instruction on occupational safety, confirming this with its signature in the control sheet of the occupational safety instruction;

- on-the-job briefing;

- repeated instruction on occupational safety at least once every three months with confirmation of this by a signature in the instruction log;

- unscheduled briefing at the discretion of the senior management.

7.6. The personnel serving the electrical installation must undergo periodic knowledge check in the amount required for this position:

- rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;

- Occupational Safety Regulations (POTRM);

- job descriptions and operating instructions;

- occupational safety instructions;

- additional rules, regulatory and operational documents in force at the enterprise.

7.7. All used electrical appliances shall comply with GOST 275700 "Safety of household and analog appliances."

7.8. Proposals for the organization of operation of the Facility.

The number of maintenance personnel for maintenance and ongoing repair of electric receivers is proposed in the amount of 2 people. (electricians with 3 admission groups up to 1000 V for 2 people. in shift).

8. Fire safety

Fire safety of electrical installations is provided by the following design solutions:

- application of electrical equipment, electrical installation products corresponding to environmental conditions and nominal voltage;

- selection of grades and sections of wires and cables, methods of their laying meeting the requirements of PUE, GOST R 50571.1597;

- selection of settings of protective devices ensuring their actuation in areas of short-circuit currents and overloads;
