To ensure the gravity mode of removal of household effluents, we accept a network of pressure-free polypropylene pipes laid with a slope from sanitary devices to risers and from risers to outlets, then along the yard sewerage network to street outdoor sewage.
To ensure non-combustion of pipelines, the network diameter is taken structurally and specified by calculation.
The diameters of the sewage risers are taken as 50 and 100 mm. Sewage risers are laid vertically. Connection of side discharge pipelines is made in oblique tee (at an angle of 45 deg.). Connection of the riser to horizontal pipelines is carried out smoothly in two branches of 135 ° to reduce the probability of clogging.
Horizontal pipelines connecting the risers are laid with a slope towards the outlet. Side connections are made smoothly in oblique tee.
Since the basement is not operated, pipelines are laid along the basement floor on concrete pedestals for ease of installation. Minimum depth of discharge from freezing conditions is: h = 1.0 m.
Network Cleaners
We place it so that it is possible to eliminate clogging in any section of the sewage network. We install revisions on the first and last floor at a height of 1 m from the floor, as well as two floors to the third. Cleaning is installed on horizontal sections of the network at a distance of 10 m from each other, as well as before discharging from the building and at turns when changing the direction of waste water movement.
Exhaust or ventilation part through which toxic gases are removed,
is brought above the non-operational roof of the building by 0.3 m.
Internal sewage networks and exhaust parts are accepted from plastic polypropylene pipes.
Yard sewer network.
It combines all issues and transports household wastewater to the street city sewage system (to the GKK well). Yard sewage network is accepted from ceramic pipes as per GOST 28682. The diameter of the yard sewage pipelines is 150 mm. To monitor the operation of the network, eliminate clogging, we provide inspection wells at the points of connection of outlets, at turns, at direct sections of the network every 35 or 50 m, as well as at points of change in diameters and slopes of pipelines.
At a distance of 1.5 m from the TC (red line) inside the complex, a control well (CP) is provided, which is the administrative border between the courtyard and the external city sewage system.
Calculation of domestic sewage system
The calculation is made for the worst mode of operation to drain effluents during the period of greater load on the system (in the hour of maximum water consumption). The calculation of the system is made in the worst direction from the most remote and lowest located sewer riser (Art. K12), connected to the most remote and low-placed issue, through the yard network to the well of the street sewer network (GCC).
