Summary
This course project contains the graphic and calculation part.
Electric motor is selected in design part for power and speed of driven shaft of working machine. Then the kinematic calculation of the drive is carried out, i.e. the speed, torque, power on each drive shaft is determined. The gears of the components of the drive are also calculated: chain and worm gear. Rolling bearings for driven and driving shafts shall be selected. Then select and check calculation of key connection for crushing. The lubricant for the entire drive is selected. Select fits for mating of the main parts of the drive. Refined calculation of shafts shall be performed to check their safety factor. The coupling shall be selected to connect the gear box shaft to the working machine shaft. The principles of safety during operation of the drive are also described. Graphic part with volume 3 of A1 format sheet. Sheet No. 1 is a general view of the drive in two projections. Sheet No. 2 - gearbox assembly drawing in 2 projections. Sheet No. 3 - working drawings of shafts, worm wheels and sprockets.
