Additional information
Option 1
The load-bearing structures of the coating are three-ball-and-pinned frames made of rectilinear elements with the connection of the crossbar and the post at the toothed joint, hingedly pinched in the foundation. Flat frames are installed with pitch of 6 meters.
Enclosing structures of walls and coverings are adopted in the form of insulated panels with asbestos cement skin. To transfer the load acting on the end of the building, fuselage posts are installed, which are pivotally connected at the top with a crossbar, and at the bottom with a foundation.
In order to ensure the stability of the building in the longitudinal direction, rigid connecting blocks are provided at the ends and in the middle of the building, with a pitch not exceeding 24 m in the light between them.
Intermediate flat structures are connected to connecting blocks by means of enclosing structures.
The link block in the building cover forms connections in the plane of the upper belts of the bearing structures of the cover, as well as vertical connections in the form of spacers.
Links in the plane of upper belts (rolling links) are designed to ensure the stability of compressed belts and to transfer and distribute loads from the end of the building to the coating.
To perceive horizontal loads acting on the building, and transfer them to the foundations in the plane of the walls, vertical connections between the frames are established. These connections are made in the form of crosses or straps and are installed at the locations of the connected coating blocks.
In the transverse direction, the rigidity of the building is ensured by pinching the posts into the foundations.
