Description

The accessory is intended for drilling of blind holes on the vertical drilling machine 2H135.

The blank is installed on the prism (position 1) and brought to contact with the mounting surface. When air is supplied to the lower chamber of pneumatic cylinder, rod (pos.16) with piston (pos.15) rises upwards, driving levers (pos.3), which act on prisms (pos.1), the part is clamped.

When air is supplied to upper chamber of pneumatic cylinder (pos.14), rod (pos.16) with piston (pos.15) is lowered downwards.

Accessory consists of:

Prism (poses.1), sponge (poses.2), lever (poses.3), axis (poses.4), spring (poses.5), axis (poses.6), earring (poses.7), laying (poses.8), axis (poses.9), sleeve (poses.10), case (poses.11), plate adjusting (poses.12), cover (poses.13), cylinder (poses.14), piston (poses.15), rod (poses.16), ring (poses.17), earring (poses.18), union (poses.19), mandrel (poses.20).
