Water intake power supply project

Description

The power supply source for the existing and reconstructed process electrical equipment of the VNS at a voltage of 0.4 kV are the designed power transformers TMG-1000/10/0.4 kV, installed to replace the existing transformers TMG-630. The newly designed power transformers TMG-1000/10/0.4 kV with a winding connection diagram D/Yн-11 are installed in the transformer chambers of the building of the existing distribution point RP-54.

 

The existing RP-54 has a high-voltage switchgear with a sectioned 10 kV busbar system (RU-10 kV), a two-section low-voltage switchgear (RU-0.4 kV). In connection with the replacement of existing 10/04 kV power transformers with a capacity of 630 kVA and an increase in their rated capacity to 1000 kVA, the 0.4 kV RP-54 switchgear is subject to replacement with a newly designed low-voltage switchgear with a rated current of 2000 A, corresponding to the rated characteristics of the installed transformers.

 

The connection points of the designed pump unit control cabinet are the outgoing 0.4 kV lines of independent mutually redundant busbar sections of the RP-54 low-voltage switchgear. The connection of the designed gate control panel is provided for to the existing 380/220 V distribution network in the pump building.

 

To connect the newly installed transformers, it is planned to replace the existing busbar on the HV side (10 kV) and the LV side (0.4 kV). The 10 kV busbar arrangement of the designed power transformers T1 and T2 is provided by cable jumpers made of cable of the APvPu-3x70/35 brand, or similar. The 0.4 kV busbar arrangement of the designed power transformers T1 and T2 is made of aluminum buses of rectangular cross-section of the AD31 brand.
