Description
The process part of the project provides for the organization of warehouses on the ground floor of the building with dimensions in the plan of 54x36m for the storage of metal pipes, sheets and shutoff valves. The administrative and household part with dimensions in the plan 12x36m is located on the second floor of the designed warehouse building. Storage areas are provided for: metal pipes in packs of 1000 kg, stainless sheets on a tray of 1000 kg, isolation valves in boxes of 200 kg. Operating mode of the enterprise: - number of working days per year -252; - number of shifts per day - 1; - shift duration - 8 hours. The layout solutions adopted in this part of the project provide optimal compliance with the sequence of technological operations in compliance with the requirements of the design standards for the arrangement of equipment and the location of entrances and exits to the warehouses. The technological part of the project was developed in accordance with the design standards: TKP 45-3.02-95-2008 "Warehouse Buildings," fire safety rules PPB RB 1.01-94. Unheated storage rooms are arranged on the ground floor (in axes A-G, 1-10 and G-G, 3-10) of the designed building. Delivery to the warehouse and shipment of products from the warehouse is carried out on metal pallets (except pipes) with dimensions of 800x1200x130mm by cargo vehicles with traffic intensity of not more than 20 trucks per day (400 cars per month). For metal pipes (pipe length - 6 m, pipe pack weight - not more than 1000 kg) rack storage is used - double-sided cantilever three-tier rack for long loads. Isolation valves are stored in metal boxes (the weight of the box with goods on a metal tray is no more than 200 kg, the dimensions of the box are 800x800x400mm) on a metal pallet-shelf single-row four-tier rack. For stainless sheets (sheet sizes 1000x2000mm, 1250x2500, 1500x3000mm, sheet pack weight - not more than 1000 kg), floor storage is carried out on metal pallets in two tiers on top of each other. For unloading of products from the bodies of vehicles, transportation through the territory of the warehouse, installation on racks and the floor of warehouses, as well as shipment from the warehouse to the car, the following are provided: a bridge single-beam suspended g/p 2t crane located in the axes G-G, 3-10, a bridge single-beam suspended g/p 3.2t crane located in the axes A-G, 1-G stacked transport, 3-R, p-10, p. Storage of products is provided on racks and the floor of warehouses, taking into account regulatory requirements: the distance from the floor is at least 0.25 meters (for rack storage), from the external walls - at least 0.8 meters, from the ceiling - at least 0.5 meters. When arranging racks, distances for hand stackers are observed. Shut-off valve storage. Based on the height of storage, the weight of products on the pallet, the number of pallets on the racks sections and the number of racks, we determine the possible volume of storage of goods and their number in the warehouse of shutoff valves: 1. Pallet volume: Vpal = 1, 2· 0, 8· 0.13 = 0, 1248m3. 2. Box volume: Vyashch = 0.8 · 0.8 · 0.4 = 0.256 m3. 3. Pallet volume with a box: Vpal + box = Vpal + Vyashch = 0.1248 + 0.256 = 0.3808 m3. 4. Number of pallets on racks sections: npal = 12pc, npal "= 8pc 5. The volume of goods on the racks sections: Vst = Vpal + yaschu· npal = 0.3808· 12 = 4.5696m3 Vst "= Vpal + yaschu· npal" = 0.3808m3· 8 = 3.0464m3, 6. Number of rack sections in stock: nst = 18pc, nst "= 6pc 7. Storage volume of goods: Vskl = Vst· nst + Vst "· nst" = 4.5696· 18 + 3.0464· 6 = 100.5m3. 8. Number of boxes on one rack: ny = 44pc 9. Number of racks in the warehouse: Nst = 6 pcs. 10. Box weight: mya = 200kg 11. Quantity of shutoff valves in the warehouse: Qzap.arm.= Nst· nya· mya = 44· 6· 200 = 52800kg Thus, the storage capacity of the shutoff valves is 100.5m3, and the total weight of the stored products is 52.8t. Storage of metal pipes and sheets. Based on the storage height, product weight and number of racks, we determine the number of metal pipes and sheets in the warehouse: 1. Pipe pack weight: mtrub = 1000 kg. 2. Number of packs on the rack: npachek = 6 pcs. 3. Number of console racks: Nst = 14 pcs. 4. Number of pipes in stock: Qtrub = Nst· npachek· mtrub = 14· 6· 1000 = 84000 kg. 5. Weight of the stack of sheets on the pallet: mlists = 1000 kg. 6. The number of packs when storing on each other in two tiers: npach = 160pcs 7. The number of sheets in a warehouse: Qlistov = npach · mlistov = 160 · 1000 = 160000 kg. The number of pipes in the warehouse is 84t, sheets - 160t. Therefore, the total constant quantity of stored products in the warehouse (pipes, sheets and shutoff valves): Qstage = Qzap.arm. + Qtrub + Qlists = 52.8 + 84 + 160 = 296.8t The storeroom keeps strict records and registers the passage of goods through the warehouses. To cover stainless sheets with film, there is a laminator room (room No. 2) located in axes G-G, 1-3. The laminator is equipped with the following necessary technological equipment and furniture: a sheet coating machine, stainless steel tables, manual platform trolleys, racks and metal cabinets. Administrative facilities for warehouse personnel are located on the second floor of the building. For warehouse workers, there are male and female wardrobes of street, home and special clothes, which are equipped with two-section metal cabinets and dressing benches. Each wardrobe has a separate shower. With a men's wardrobe, there is a room for drying special clothes, which is equipped with special metal drying cabinets with built-in electric heating elements and fans, and the cabinets are connected to a common exhaust ventilation. To provide staff with hot meals, there is a food reception room. The room is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, boiler, microwave, table with built-in washing, tables and chairs. In the administrative and household part of the building, offices of the administration and office workers are also provided. The premises are equipped with functional office furniture and equipment. The number of workers in the premises is determined at the rate of 6m2 per place with a personal computer.
