Initial data for the designed building:

Total building area - 4302.3 m2

Construction volume - 14200 m3

Storey - 7 floors

Number of office employees - 70 people

Office operation mode - 8 hours

Cafe for judges - 100 p.m.

The cafe's running time is 12 hours.

The source of cold water supply of the building is the public water supply system from ul. Yakubovich Du = 150 mm. Source of hot water supply - from heating networks.

Hot Water Supply System

Hot water is supplied to the administrative building from heating networks. Internal hot water supply networks with inducement circulation. The circulation of the network is provided separately for each riser and main line .

Air vents are installed at the upper points of the system. Drain devices are provided at the lower points.

Hot water supply networks are performed: risers and main ones made of fusiotherm plastic pipes, supply to the sun. technical equipment made of Rehau metal plastic pipes.

The lines are isolated by a Thermaflex layer with a thickness of 9 mm. The project provides for the installation of shutoff valves.

Pressure requirements for hot water supply:

N of =31.50 m, where

7.00 m - total head loss in internal networks

Internal hot water supply networks shall be laid together with cold water supply pipes.

Domestic sewage system

Waste water removal from the sun. technical instruments are carried out by gravity with subsequent connection to sewage risers. Prefabricated main pipelines pass in the structure of the insulated floor of the 3rd floor (above the arch), as well as under the slab of the 1st floor.

The network is equipped with revisions, cleaners.

Pipe material: risers, lines and outlets from Duker cast iron pipes, discharge from the sun. instruments - polypropylene " Uponor."

All pipelines are attached by clamps with rubber gaskets to prevent pipe damage.

Pipelines at the intersection of floors, internal walls and partitions are laid in sleeves. The places of passage of sewage risers through the inter-storey floors are sealed with cement mortar for the entire thickness of the ceiling of at least 200 mm (before horizontal drainage) and a width of at least 300 mm. Before sealing, pipes are wrapped with roll waterproofing material without clearance.

Exhaust parts of sewage risers are removed at a distance of 0.3 m from flat non-operated roof and heat insulated with a layer of mineral wool 50mm, including a unit of passage through the roof.

Domestic wastewater discharge is carried out according to the designed output into the inspection well of the internal yard network of municipal sewerage and further into the general alloy street communal sewage Du = 300 mm on the street. Yakubovich .

Production sewage system
