Ventilation and heating of the production building

The design object is a steel workshop located in the city of Vladimir. The workshop is a rectangular frame-type building with wall panels, windows in a building with double glazing in metal binding. The construction volume is 24192 m3. Orientation of the building elevation -SZ (Northwest). The workshop has several localized heat sources, as well as a large number of thermal electrical installations and lifting and transportation electric units. Local air removal systems are used to remove heat from process holes of plants during their opening periods (mainly furnaces); to maintain the rated air parameters in the workshop, a system of common supply mechanical ventilation is used. There are no significant dust sources or equipment in the shop that emit other types of hazards, as a result of which it is not necessary to use emission purification plants or additional ventilation systems. But the air filtration system is included in the plenum chamber of the general exchange inflow system, which prevents the supply of air dusted or contaminated with external sources or having unfavorable background indicators to the working zone. The foundry belongs to rooms with medium work, category IIb.
