General Data
INPUT DATA
Detailed drawings are developed on the basis of the architectural and construction part of the project, design tasks in accordance with the current codes and regulations:
- SNiP 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";
- SP 118.13330.2012 "Public Buildings and Structures";
- SNiP 230199 * "Construction climatology";

CLIMATOLOGICAL DATA
Design parameters of outdoor air are accepted in accordance with
SNiP 230199 * "Construction climatology."
The parameters of internal air in the premises of the Department of Internal Affairs are adopted in accordance with SanPiN 2.4.1.304913 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the structure, maintenance and organization of the operation regime of preschool educational organizations";
Main technical solutions for heating and ventilation systems
Ventilation of rooms is designed with mechanical motive. The inflow is natural.
In the warm period of the year, the internal air of the group, office and music hall is cooled with the help of the K1 channel air conditioner with the installation of the internal unit in the void with air intake from the corridor.
The B1 system is connected to the existing vent gate HSh1 with the installation of a channel fan in the buffer room. In the buffet room above the pli-ta, an exhaust wall umbrella is installed with a fat-collecting filter and connection to the fan B1.
Air cleanliness of the RD rooms is achieved by proper organization of their ventilation. Sanitary standards regulate the need for through and angular ventilation of premises, as well as the presence of windows and framugs for the inflow of outdoor air at a height of at least 2 m from the floor.
Ventilation through toilet rooms is not allowed.
In the presence of children, wide one-way aeration of all rooms in the warm season is allowed.
In the warm period of the year, the internal air of the group, office and music hall is cooled with the help of Dantex channel air conditioner.
Make sure that air ducts and equipment elevations are specified during installation.
Safety and industrial sanitation
3.1 FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
To ensure fire safety, the project provides for:
- fabrication of air ducts from non-combustible materials;
- grounding of ventilation system equipment and air ducts;
- air duct at the intersection of partitions and walls is laid in sleeves with sealing of clearances with non-combustible material.
Industrial hygiene
Construction, installation and commissioning works, equipment operation shall be carried out in accordance with the operating manual of the manufacturer of the mounted equipment
Operating Instructions
In order to ensure the operational reliability of ventilation systems during the entire period of their use for their purpose, buildings and structures should be operated within the limits of loads, microclimate parameters of the premises provided for in the design documentation.
During operation of the system, the current fire safety rules and standards must be complied with.
Faults detected during the operation of the systems, which can lead to explosions, fires, poisoning of people and other serious consequences, should be eliminated immediately after detection, the remaining faults - as planned.
Construction and installation works shall be performed by legal entities or individuals who have a permit (license) for the right to perform the above works.
