Architectural and planning solutions

The building consists of several forms: two cohesive cubes in the center of which the cylinder is located.

The building of the enterprise of commercial and consumer services "Universam" is 3 storeys with a basement. The space planning solution of the building meets the main and auxiliary functions. The main groups of premises: retail, storage rooms, utility rooms, administrative and personnel premises, technical premises are rationally located in accordance with the elements and direction of the functional and technological process. Space placement and relationships are organized according to a mixed scheme. The building uses vertical zoning. Storage and utility rooms are located in areas inconvenient to the buyer - at the end of the floor, and in the basement. Communication between floors is carried out through a stairwell. The height of the trading room is 3.3m, utility and storage rooms are also 3.3m. The distance between the axes (A-G) is 22.88 m, the axes (1-8) are 33.0m.

Design Solutions

Masonry of walls is made of M75 clay frame brick on M50 cement sand mortar, with thickness of 640mm, with insulation - penoisol of L24 group. Brick partitions with a thickness of 120 mm from framework brick M50 on solution M25 for plaster shall be reinforced through three rows of masonry in height. Walls and partitions in places of adjoining reinforced concrete structures are fixed to them with steel frames by welding. All brick partitions with a thickness of 120 mm, as well as brick walls with a thickness of 250 mm, for which no foundations are provided, are installed on thickened concrete preparation .

Foundations - tape from foundation blocks, and columnar type.

Jumpers - prefabricated, reinforced concrete.

Staircases - prefabricated, reinforced concrete.

Slabs - reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 220 mm.

The roof is parapet with a coating of three layers of ruberoid along a layer of cement sand brace of 50 mm.

Insulation - mineral wool piercing mats with a thickness of 250mm.

Windows and stained glass windows of individual manufacture. Filling window blocks and stained glass windows with triple glazing. The glass is tinted, the color is gray.

Exterior decoration of the building.

Basement - facing with ceramic tiles (ceramic granite, BASIC series type Ottawa pol).

The walls are decorated with decorative plaster, and painted with facade paint, painted in catalog RAL 5005 (pink).

Porches and external stairs are faced with tiles ceramic granite type Vancouver Structurato.

The visors struts must be made of metal pipes, ground GF21, painted with enamel on metal, RAL 5005 colour (grey).

Visors screens shall be made of panels of facade PF1A of "INSI," RAL 1014.

Fit the bottom of the visors with the panel of the facade PF1A, provide point lamps.

Fences of external stairs shall be made of bent-closed profiles.

Fences of central canopy roof shall be made of bent-closed profiles.

External doors for customers on the main facades are made glazed from aluminium profiles with powder coating.

External doors of service purpose shall be made of metal with decorative lining.
