3. Wall Material Description

Siding (vinyl) - the production technology is based on an extrusion process, which consists in pressing through the profiling holes of a molten compound (raw material mixture) in order to obtain vinyl tapes of a given parameter. The siding includes: polyvinyl chloride, chemicals that improve physical properties (modifiers, stabilizers, dyes), calcium carbonate, aztadiene. It does not have flammability and toxicity. It is noted for its resistance to various chemicals, atmospheric pressures, humidity, rotting and solar strikes. Does not change its color, accepted from + 50 to 50, durable. Length from 3000 to 3810mm, width from 179.62255.75mm, thickness 0.9-2.0mm

Foam concrete is prepared by mixing cement dough or mortar with separately prepared stable foam. Foam is prepared by vigorously mixing foaming agent with water. As a foaming agent, liquid mixtures of rosin soap and animal glue or an aqueous solution of saponin (extract from vegetable soap root), as well as a HA preparation (hydrolyzed blood with boene) are used. Foam concrete mixture is prepared in foam concrete mixers consisting of three drums inside which shafts with blades rotate. Two drums with a foam breaker for preparing foam and solution mixers for mixing cement with water and a silica component are located on top. Below them is a third drum in which the finished foam and solution are thoroughly mixed. Foam concrete mixture is poured into metal molds and directed into steaming chambers or autoclaves. Size: 300 × 400 × 600. The composition of foam concrete includes Portland cement M500 and M400, foaming agent, cement .

Complex Solution - The complex solution includes several components of binding materials that affect changes in the physical characteristics of the solution. Solutions are: cement, cement-lime-clay and solutions with an additive in the form of other components. It is evenly distributed over the entire surface and has the same seal. It means that it does not have to be collected by kelma. It has a lower coefficient of stratification and repels water worse.

General characteristics of the designed building

Building class 2, fire resistance rating 2, durability of enclosing structures from 50 to 100 years.

According to the calculation of natural illumination of rooms, as well as according to GOST, the sizes of windows and their location are determined. Windows are the main vertical structures to provide natural lighting for the room.

Spatial rigidity of the building is provided by dressing of brickwork joints, and floor beams.

Space Planning Solution

The designed building is rectangular with sides

length - 22.0m

width - 19.5 m

height - 8.62m

The building is two-story without a basement.

To evacuate people from the designed building, two evacuation exits are provided.

Constructive solution

1. The foundation is an important structural element of the building, accepting the load from the above-ground parts of it and transferring it to the base.

The foundations are provided with ribbon prefabricated reinforced concrete.

Tape foundation consists of their foundation blocks and cushions.

Grade of FBS unit 24.5.6. depends on the wall thickness, the number of blocks is 3, depends on the freezing depth.

Arsenyev depth of ground freezing: Npr = 1.76m, depth of Nz = 1.41

Pillow brand FL 8.24. depends on the load.

We take soil coarse sand. Large sand grunt, which is a mixture of minerals and rocks of absolutely different size and not gluing together rocks. Standard times of coarse sand from 2.4 to 3mm P = 2.6 mm and higher. Ro = 230MPa

2. A wall is a vertical guarding structure that separates a space from the surrounding space or an adjacent space.

External bearing walls made of foam concrete blocks with siding finish. Wall thickness depends on thermal calculation. We accept wall thickness δst = 0.5 m. Inner bearing wall of foam concrete δst = 0.4 m

3. Partitions are internal structural walls that divide the interior of a building into separate rooms and perform only fencing functions.

The thickness of the partitions of the foam concrete block is accepted - δpereg. - 0.2 m.

4. Floor - building elements of the structure in the form of horizontal structures dividing rooms by height into separate floors, takes over the entire load, and also provides horizontal rigidity of the building. Prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs of PK 50.15.8, PK 30.10.8, PK 62.12.8 are accepted.

5. A stair is a functional and structural element that provides vertical connections. The stair consists of a stair flight and a stair landing. Grade LP2212 and LM2711.

6. Window - an opening in the wall, which serves to enter the room and ventilation. 4 types of plastic windows are accepted: OP 15.9, OP 1513.5, OP 15.12, OP 1521.

The door is an opening in the wall for entering and leaving the room and between rooms. The front door is received by NAM 219. Room doors accepted by DG 2110, DG 217, DG 21-12

7. The roof is the upper structure of the building, which serves to protect against precipitation. Its other main function is thermal insulation (heat conservation and overheating protection). Accepted - a much pitched roof with a roof of ondulin.

Description of Room Finish Bill of Materials

Parquet - a type of wooden covering. Depending on the type of performance, parquet is distinguished: piece parquet, shield and typesetting .

Ceramic tiles or tile are, as a rule, rectangular plates made of burnt clay. The tile is often used for facing walls and floors, and can be both simple square tiles and complex mosaics

Wallpaper - Material in the form of wide strips of paper with a pattern (in the old days also fabrics) for gluing (upholstery) walls in residential premises.

Suspended ceiling - a finishing structure suspended from the main ceiling. Suspended ceilings are used for decorative purposes, to improve acoustics or eliminate noise, as well as to create a closed space under the main ceiling for routing cables or pipes, and to install lighting elements.

Foam ceiling tiles.

Pressed (stamped) tiles are, in fact, stamped foam blocks, with a thickness of 6 mm to 7 mm.

Mirror ceiling - an excellent option to increase space, the height of the ceiling seems infinite. In addition, mirror ceilings allow you to improve lighting in the room, because retro-reflective surfaces better distribute light. Mirror ceilings are moisture resistant and quickly installed and do not require a flat surface
