Two-storey, 5-room residential building in high-tech style in the city of Semey

The building area is dry, the groundwater level is at a depth of 12 m from the Earth's surface. The terrain is flat.An asphalt road is laid from the road to the residential building. Flowers, greenery, trees of shrub origin are planted along the path. On a summer day, a recreation garden, a children's playground, a garbage area, benches for rest and much more are planned for the living area. The distance between the road and the residential building is 6m.
The considered two-storey residential building 3.02-43-2012 refers to residential buildings of class II. 7-8 people are planned to live in this house. The exterior wall of the projected building will be built of standard red baked bricks. The dimensions of the brick are 400x300x600. Since the climate in the area where my building is located is cold, a 100 mm thick thermal insulation layer is installed outside the wall.
