Introduction
The purpose of the course project is to design the belt conveyor drive.
Belt conveyor - a continuous transporting device with a working member in the form of a belt. They are used to move bulk, lump and piece cargoes over distances that sometimes reach 1012 km or more. They are used in industrial industries, in mines and mines, in agriculture. Depending on the properties and nature of the load to be moved, the inclination angle of the working side of the belt can be set to 90 °.
Components of the drive are an electric motor, a clutch, a two-stage cylindrical reduction gear, a chain drive, a drive shaft with a drum.
The drive device is as follows: torque is transmitted from the electric motor through the clutch to the input shaft of the reduction gear, from the output shaft of the reduction gear through a chain drive - to the drive shaft.
You need to perform the necessary calculations, select the best diagram parameters and develop design documentation for the manufacture of the drive:
gearbox assembly drawing;
working drawings of gear box parts;
assembly drawing of sprocket with safety element;
assembly drawing of drive shaft;
general view drawing of the drive;
