Introduction

At this stage of the development of the market economy, great attention is paid to engineering technology.

Technology of mechanical engineering - the science systematizing set of methods and ways of processing of raw materials, materials, the corresponding instruments of production for the purpose of receiving ready produktion. The subject of study in mechanical engineering is the manufacture of products of a given quality with an established production program at the lowest cost of materials, minimum cost and high labor productivity.

The technological process in mechanical engineering is characterized not only by an improvement in the design of machines, but also by a continuous improvement in the technology of their production.

Currently, due to the high level of development of electronics in mechanical engineering, CNC machines are widely introduced. The use of such equipment allows to reduce: locating and finishing; pre-marking; timing of production preparation, etc.

Conclusion

As a result of the course project, an analysis of the processability of the design, part was carried out, the most rational method of obtaining the workpiece was developed. This part "Hook Block Axis" is manufactured under single production conditions. The manufacturing time of one part is about 20 minutes. Attached is the manufacturing process map of the part.
