In the explanatory note, the calculation of the trailed scraper is performed. In the general part of the calculation, traction calculation is performed, in which the total resistance of the stapler movement, the condition of the stapler movement, the condition of the stapler movement without skidding, the length of the working sections and the productivity are determined. The scraper hydraulic system is calculated, where hydraulic cylinders, pump, hydraulic motor, and other equipment are selected.

Calculation is made for stability of the scraper in various working positions.

Then strength calculation of certain parts and units of the fastener is performed.

A conclusion and a list of literature are written.

Introduction

Currently, in construction, staplers perform about 7% of the total amount of earthworks.

Modern staplers are usually made with buckets open from above, for possible loading with excavators, loaders or other machines. This allows the use of fasteners as transport machines

In the absence of the need for layer-by-layer soil development at construction.

Scrapers are designed for layer-by-layer digging of soils up to and including 3 categories, their movement from the face to the dump at transportation ranges from 100 to 30005000 m. And filling in the dump with planned layers of specified thickness.

The main working element of the scraper is a ladle, the front lower edge of which is equipped with knives that serve for layer-by-layer cutting of soil. When developing heavy soils, the pusher helps the movement of the stapler.

To date, two main methods for filling a variety of scrapers with soil have been clearly defined:

With load of traction force of tractor tractor (and pusher )

With forced (elevator) loading.

4. conclusion

The trailed scraper fulfills all the conditions according to the calculation: According to the traction calculation, it fulfils the condition for adhesion of the scraper wheels to the ground. The scraper works without the help of a pusher .

According to the calculation, the stability of the scraper satisfies its operating parameters .

Strength calculation of parts and assemblies that satisfy the parameters is performed.
