Description
The tensioning device prevents sagging under the load of the belt or conveyor chain. Tension of the tape is carried out by horizontal movement of the slider (pos.4) along the guides of the body (pos.1). The lid (pos.2) is attached to the body with four studs (pos.10). The body is fixed to the conveyor frame with four bolts. Lubricant is fed through the threaded hole of the slider, which is distributed along the grooves over the entire rubbing surface of the liner (pos.3). Screws (pos.9) protect the liners from cranking.
