Description

There are no drawings. In the course design, the fits for the main fillets are assigned to the specified node. Dimensional chain solved. For part 3, the material and the necessary heat treatment are assigned, and the method for obtaining the workpiece is selected. The manufacturing process of the part is developed: - the sequence of operations from the first to the last is selected; - equipment is selected for each operation; - the tool is selected for each operation; - the cutting modes for two operations are calculated; - the caliber is calculated for one surface; - the cutter is calculated.
