Introduction
This course project serves to systematize and consolidate the student's knowledge obtained when studying the "Machine Details" discipline in the past semester.
The course design consists of an explanatory note with calculations of all the necessary parameters of the drive elements, as well as a graphic part containing drawings of the drive and gearbox in the format A1, drawings of the shaft, cover, pulley and gear wheel in the format A3. Specifications are attached to the assembly drawings.
The course project is an important independent work of the student, covering the issues of calculating machine parts according to performance criteria, rational selection of materials contacting steam and lubrication systems in order to ensure the maximum possible efficiency and based on knowledge of a number of subjects: materials science, mechanics, material resistance, etc .
Conclusion
As a result of the course work, a mechanical drive was designed.
When designing the drive, calculations were made of its main elements: a conical reduction gear, belt transmission, tensioner, frame, etc. The execution of the graphic part of the course work made it possible to correct the data obtained as a result of theoretical calculations.
During the work on the course project, a large number of design tasks were decided. Thanks to this course project, I consolidated the knowledge gained in the study of the discipline "Details of Machines," taught last semester. During the design calculation of shafts, he fixed the ability to calculate the forces arising in the section of the shafts during the operation of the reduction gear box.
Based on the results of the course project, a drive was designed that meets the requirements of the course project task.
