Description
A plate with a dividing disk is an assembly unit from a set of Universal Assembly Device (USP) and serves for use in a design device that requires division or fixed rotation by a certain angle for processing or assembly. Plate with dividing disk refers to medium series with width of T-shaped slot 12 and 16 mm, and installation of blanks from 10 to 20 kg. Dividing disk (1) with 18 bushings (7) pressed in is inserted from the right end, which serve for direct division and provision of fixed position by means of retainer insertion into bushing holes. On the opposite side there are 4 T-shaped slots, which serve to install and attach other elements of the accessory (n.p. three-cap cartridge, prisms, etc.). The centering of these elements is carried out due to an opening with a diameter of 18H7 + 0,019. The pin (4) fastens to a plate (3) four GOST 1491-62 M6X16 screws. Disk dividing (1) fastens by means of a clamping ring (2) which in turn fastens to a plate (3) eight M8X12 MN3801-62 screws.
