General Instructions

Install the networks in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0284 *. When developing trenches for pipes, the removed soil can be used for backfilling. When backfilling a trench with laid polyethylene pipes, sand on both sides of the pipe must be filled with a layer 25 cm thick and well compacted.

The trench bottom width, taking into account the design diameter of the pipeline, shall be 4060 cm. The trench bottom shall be inclined towards the wet pit, but not less than 0.001. The material for the filling on which the pipes should be laid shall meet the following requirements: it cannot be frozen, must not contain stones and materials with sharp edges; shall not contain particles larger than 20 mm.

Pipe sprinkling shall be performed after completion of laying and product of tightness test. The sprinkling material is similar to that used for sprinkling. The sprinkling shall be sealed on both sides of the pipe to avoid displacement.

When performing installation works on the constructed pipelines, the hidden types of works specified in SNiP 3.05.0585 item 3.17 "External networks and structures of water supply and sewerage" are subject to acceptance with the preparation of certificates of hidden works inspection according to the form specified in mandatory appendix 6 of SNiP 3.01.0185.

In case of installation of other utility networks not provided for by this design, follow the requirements specified in SNiP 2.07.0189 *.
