Development and comparison of bridge variants
Version of bridge No. 1. Justification of the bridge layout and design solutions:
The bridge is designed according to the scheme 38.4 + 48 + 38.4 full length 124, 8 m under the load NK80. Size of IF G12 m. Elevation of IF 93.4 m. Number of lanes = 4. There is no divider bar.
Spans
The AR is made in the form of a beam-cutting system with continuous load-bearing beams and an orthotropic IF plate. Material of 15G2AFD steel structures.
Support
Onshore supports (foundations) No. 0.3 - goat type piles.
Supports No. 1,2 - prefabricated on a shallow foundation.
IF design
The structure of the orthotropic plate is a horizontal steel sheet with a thickness of 10 mm, reinforced from below by ribs. The ribs rest on the transverse beams of the beam cage, the distance between the ribs is 20 cm, the height is 10 cm. Distance between cross beams is 1.5 m .
Construction of sidewalks
Sidewalks are made in the form of cantilever overhangs of orthotropic plate.
Support parts
Movable support parts - hinge-roller
Fixed support parts - fixed balancer (no rollers).

The bridge is designed according to the scheme 44 + 55 full length 99.2 m for the load NK80. Size of IF G12 m. Elevation of IF 93.2 m. Number of lanes = 4. There is no divider bar.
Spans
The AR is made in the form of a split system with the type of load-bearing beams in the form of lattice through trusses and a railway IF plate. Material of 15G2AFD steel structures.
Support
Onshore supports (foundations) No. 0.2 - goat type piles.
Support No. 1 - a team on a shallow foundation.
IF design
IF slab is made of concrete of class V30. A waste triangle (leveling layer) is arranged along the IF plate, which is made of concrete of class B20. A 5 mm thick waterproofing layer is laid on the surface of the waste triangle. Next, a protective layer 60 mm thick is laid, which is reinforced with reinforcement d = 3 mm. Then an asphalt concrete surface 70 mm thick is laid.
Construction of sidewalks
Paving slabs are laid directly on PP slabs are arranged together with a wheelbase, in which a parapet fence is mounted.
Support parts

Output:
The designed mouth of the goat type withstands all normative loads both on the foundation and on the foundation body located in the embankment.
