Introduction.

In this project, the steam heating system of the workshop for the manufacture of non-standard equipment in Kaluga is being developed. The city is located in the middle strip with an estimated outdoor temperature of tn = 27 ° С.

The project develops the following issues - the constructive development of the steam heating system; arrangement of heating equipment and valves; determination of heat losses of the building; hydraulic flow rate of the system.

The work consists of an explanatory note and a calculation and graphic part, which consists of:

1. Typical floor plan with risers and heating equipment (M 1:200).

2. Heating system axonometric diagram (M 1:200).

Dry saturated water steam is used as heat carrier in steam heating systems. Steam heating has the following disadvantages:

Reduced service life of pipelines as a result of intense corrosion of the internal surface of pipelines;

Impossibility of central control of heat removal of instruments by changing coolant temperature;

Organic dust on the surface of instruments permanently heated to a temperature of 110 ° C is partially decomposed;

Increased heat loss of steam pipelines;

System noise.

Advantages of steam heating:

Rapid heating of heating devices during system start-up and the same rapid cooling when the system is shut down;

Minor hydrostatic pressure in the system;

Reduction in capital costs and metal consumption due to reduction in the size of heating appliances and condensate pipelines

Steam pipeline T7 is laid with slope 0.005 along steam movement, condensate pipeline T8 with slope 0.003. The laying of pipes was accepted as open as cheaper. Pipe is attached on brackets. Heating devices - registers.

The following shutoff valves are provided: a valve on the steam supply and a tee with a plug on the condensate supply. Steam valves are installed at the entrance to the building.
